Harley Weir

Harley Weir (born 1988) is a London-based photographer and director. Fashion houses adore her unguarded eye, and her editorial clients read like a who's who of the industry's most discerning titles.

Her imagery resists easy categorization — fashion, bodies, nature, politics — but the through-line is a quality of surprise that is entirely her own. Much of it holds an erotic charge; her explorations of the human form and of nature are as expressive as they are intimate. Weir is also politically engaged: she has published books addressing human rights and environmental causes, with proceeds donated to organizations supporting those causes.

At the height of demand for her work, Weir also finds time for personal work, which she shows at Hannah Barry Gallery in London. Commercially, she is represented by Art Partner.
