We produced a portrait shoot for Microsoft involving 43 real people in 17 countries on 4 continents. As soon as we were greenlit, we jumpstarted detailed negotiations with our local liaisons across the globe. We divided the production into three month-long trips. We scheduled short intervals for the client and agency to get back to their homes, while we got ahead of coordinating with our on-the-ground team for the next leg. The entire production was a massive global endeavor that invited representatives from the Microsoft network on set throughout.
